Assess the current state to clarify needs, then build a quarterly or annual roadmap with key program milestones.

Communication Plan

Gather feedback and secure leadership alignment, then develop and roll out the communication plan.

Kick Off

Launch the program across relevant audiences to drive engagement, ensuring alignment on expectations, responsibilities, and value for participants.

Execution

Delivery of program activities as defined in the design phase (including workshops, digital tools, coaching, meetups, and events), continuously monitoring progress, addressing bottlenecks, and optimizing in real time, while engaging key stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Conduct bi-monthly check-ins to track progress, make adjustments as needed, and collect data to measure performance against defined KPIs.
