How do you guarantee implementation?

Consultation sessions will be conducted in each manager’s natural environment, and will include On the Job Training and feedback that will be designed for the individual needs and challenges each leader faces, according to their strengths and weaknesses.

Using the BE Dashboard, we will be able to show that 85% of managers will present improvements in 6 measures representing core management skills.

What management level does the Leadership Lab fit?

The Leadership Lab fits all levels of management. The models, exercises, and case study analysis activities will be fitted to each level according to its needs and the organisation’s characteristics.

How long does each Leadership Lab takes?

In order to achieve the desired outcomes and allow managers to undergo a meaningful learning process, our recommendation is to conduct 8 workshops and 2 consultation sessions with each manager.
